What are exosomes?

The Exomine Kit facilitates the release of billions of vesicles by causing the mechanical activation of platelets contained in PRP. Thus, plasma rich in exosomes is isolated as a final product thanks to the special centrifugation protocol, vials with micro-polished walls and Microlyzer technology.

EXOMINE has proven application in various conditions such as skin regeneration, hair loss, scar treatment, as well as joint and connective tissue treatment, thus confirming its effectiveness in many areas in the field of Medicine such as Aesthetics and Orthopedics.

Advanced PRX Tubes

T-LAB, with the collective efforts of all its renowned scientific staff involved in product research and development, has created the specially designed and patented Advanced PRX Tubes. These vials are the result of studies aimed at enhancing the release of vesicles of a certain size and the activation of platelets, thanks to their special internal design.

Billions of Vesicles, Perfect Size, High Sustainability!

As a result of studies, with T-LAB's specially designed materials, special application protocols and numerous clinical studies, with EXOMINE a concentration of approximately 4-5 billion vesicles/mL is achieved. With a final product of 5cc, EXOMINE offers an industry-leading vesicle count/application of approximately 25-30 billion vesicles.

To be defined as exosomes, vesicles must have a size ranging between 30-150nm, be analyzed by specific CD markers, and show high viability. Investigations performed with EXOMINE revealed an average vesicle volume of 116nm, with analysis of specific CD markers, confirming that 98% of the vesicles are platelet-derived exosomes. In addition, objective laboratory results reveal a 99% viability rate.
