The Littmann Classic II pediatric stethoscope is an excellent solution for a pediatrician.

It offers high acoustic sensitivity thanks to the double-sided stainless chestpiece. It has an adjustable 3.3cm diaphragm - a 3M invention - which offers the user the ability to hear different sound frequencies by applying less or more pressure.

By pressing lightly we hear low frequencies, by pressing more we hear higher frequencies.
