The Littmann® Classic III is the new addition to the 3M range and sets new standards in modern stethoscopes.

More specifically, the Classic III brings significant improvements over the Classic II, offering better acoustics and greater reliability. It has an adjustable diaphragm and a two-sided bell. The long side can be used on adult patients, while the short side is useful for children or thin patients, for use around bandages and for examining the carotid artery
