You can choose between two pre-selected sterilization programs (121˚C & 135˚C) with a specific temperature/pressure relationship. You can also set the operating time.
Externally it is made of electrostatically painted galvanized steel, while internally entirely of stainless steel.
It has an advanced safety system that includes a safety door with a rotary lever, a steam release valve and an automatic shut-off function in case of overheating or low water level. Includes stainless steel shelf and sterilization box.
