Fluorescein eye strips
Each strip contains 1 mg of Fluorescein Sodium for corneal examination and tonometry.
Fluorescein eye strips are an essential consumable for any eye exam.
It is used to check the outer surface of the eye for any abrasions, to fit hard contact lenses, to detect lesions in corneal pathology as well as for flattening tonometry.
To ensure full fluorescence and patient comfort, the impregnated tip should be moistened prior to application. One or two drops of sterile solution should be used for this purpose. It is recommended that the patient close their eyes several times after application.
